• Consultants are responsible for creating their service listings, including descriptions, pricing, and any associated terms. ConsultingDir.com does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of the services provided by any Consultant.

• By submitting content, including service listings or reviews, to ConsultingDir.com, you grant ConsultingDir.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content through the platform.

6. Payment and Fees

• Consultants: When you accept a job or service request from a Client, you agree to honor the terms and price established between you and the Client. Consultants will receive payment as specified in the agreement with the Client.

• Clients: Payments for services will be made according to the pricing set by the Consultant. ConsultingDir.com may charge a fee for facilitating transactions between Clients and Consultants. These fees will be outlined on the platform and may vary based on factors such as the type of service or transaction.

• All payments are processed through the designated payment system on ConsultingDir.com. You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with the Services.

7. Communication and Confidentiality

ConsultingDir.com provides communication tools for Clients and Consultants to discuss services. You agree to use these tools responsibly and respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. All communication through the platform is expected to be professional and in compliance with applicable laws.
